Make it possible to hide options (e.g. RMM) in adminpanel when not used

MSP360 developed over time and got new functionality. Not all functionality is in use and therefore the adminpanel contains functions which are not needed/ used. To make the overview easier for the functions in use it would be nice if the menu either only displays sites for which a license exists or if this can be made configurable.
