Restore Verification requires Hyper-V. In some use cases, hyper-v can't be installed on the computer getting backed up (for example if the computer is a VM guest inside of Xen or KVM). In those situations, restore verification will fail.

Add the ability for restore verification to be scheduled to run on a separate computer on which hyper-v is installed.

Right now, this can be done manually, but it needs a way to have this happen according to an autoamte schedule
