Option to "Include Folder" as opposed to "Exclude Folder" when Restoring Files/Folders from an Image Backup

As title. When performing a single file or folder restore from an Image-based backup, it seems very counterintuitive to have to 'Exclude' every other folder except the one you want to restore! Can the option to only 'Include' a specific file/folder be added to the restoration options? For example, in the attached image, I wish to restore only the "diagnostics" folder from an Image backup, however I have to select everything except this folder to restore it. Surely, it would make more sense to be able to select the folders to want to include during file/folder level restorations?
