Separate Settings in Remote Deploy Configurations

I'd like to have the Settings section of a Remote Deploy configuration be separate from the Backup and Applies To sections of the configuration. I protect all endpoints with a master password for the GUI and CLI, this also requires setting the interface language. I want to be able to specify these settings and apply them to all endpoints at all clients. Then I want to be able to specify backup plans per client and not have that configuration overwrite the previous one which contains the master password.
