Backups From Bootable Media

I would love to be able to create and run backup plans from the bootable media in addition to restores. I have the need from time to time to create one off backups of a computer when working on it. Sometimes I need a backup before working on the computer to be able to restore of something goes wrong. There are times where I can't install the agent to create a backup, so I need to be able to backup from the boot environment.
