Allow quick support module to be customized, with our logo, and with no ads. And most impotantly allow option to make your own quick support exe that has a fixed password(it would be * starred out for the user) , and options to use numbers only as ID instead of alpha characters. When you connect to as many people as we connect to daily the easier it is to pass info the better, it is too easy to mix up numbers and letters, numbers only is much better. In our first test we had a user download the Quick support and give us the details, we could not connect. We ended up using our other solution to connect and found the user was giving us a "5" in the ID, that was really an "S".

We currently use another product and are looking for alternatives, these missing features are so far what is keeping us from switching.
