Add Event Logs and software installation as available notifications Types

Being able to get a notifications from endpoint based on Event log criteria not unlike scheduled tasks would be ideal for endpoint monitoring. Also being able to recieve notifications based on programs being installed on endpoints would allow for better monitoring of whats occuring with endpoints.
