Add GFS scheme to the FFI retention

The problem with the FFI is that I do not see it viable for very long retentions because the RTO would then increase a lot due to the large accumulation of incrementals created according to what is defined in the policy. I think adding a GFS scheme to the FFI would solve the problem as it adds a balance between the RTO and the RPO being cost-effective.
