Provide a "Scanning for Software Message" on RMM Software Page

In the RMM's Installed Software Page, when we first click on it, the list is empty and a No Data Provided message is displayed. After 45 to about 120 seconds, the list populates. Instead of "No Data Provided," some sort of "Gathering Data" or "Scanning for Software" message would be better to keep users from clicking the refresh button while waiting for the data to populate.
