Exempt certain resource from reporting

I'd like the ability, on a per-computer basis, to stop getting reports on selected resources being constrained, like very little space on a restore or backup drive, high CPU or RAM usage, and so on. It would also be excellent if we could exempt systems from hardware change notifications for USB insertions/removals.
