Support for XenServer Image Backup

Add the Ability to Implement image-based backup for XenServer (both the Citrix and Open Source versions). XenServer already supports image snapshot creation. MBS could leverage this ability to create backing up guest VM's from the host Virtual Server to get functionality similar to MSP360's Hyper-V backup functionality.
