Notify MSP of new trial account

When a new prospect tries the service through a trial account it would be good as an service providor to get a notification. Trial user probably also expects to be contacted within the trial period and feel cared for. Else it would be just as good with no trial at all and we can set up a trial form on our own website so that we can provide trials for new costumers on own.
