You already know it's slow. You think we're stupid, but we've used windows before. This isn't my first time being on the receiving end of some unannounced A/B testing to see if slowness is acceptable (it isn't). When something takes forever, but a window pops up asking for feedback, that's a DEAD GIVEAWAY that you're TESTING slowing things down on purpose to see if you can get less ISP bandwidth and save money every month.
