Back up SharePoint Sites
To configure the backup settings for SharePoint document libraries, team files, or to run an immediate backup, select SharePoint in the horizontal menu bar. By default, SharePoint backup is performed twice per day automatically. To start the backup immediately for all or for selected sites, select all or specific sites to backup, then click Backup now. You will be notified about the backup job-creating event.
