Faster backup to Linux with same features as Windows counterparts

The backup of linux (ubuntu, debian, alma, rhel, etc) is much slower. When we backup large files it takes too much time. Like the incremental is not working. I'd like to see an incremental backup as in windows. LVM is required as far as I know but the data is on LVM right now. But we always upload whole files.
