This is a essential feature.
We could also use SNMP as a monitoring protocol instead of using an API. MSP360 could act like a virtual appliance with SNMP enabled with its own MIB.
We would like integrate our HelpDesk / Ticketsystem Tool (HaloPSA) - not only for Reporting / Alerts also for RMM
