Fix web session timeout and 2FA timeout

I can be in the middle of adding a backup plan or other item and the web session just times out. I have to login and do it all over again. Same goes for 2FA. I can tell it to not ask but it asks every time. I'm not sure if this is a known issue, but it's a problem across multiple browsers/machines that I have tried.
