Hello, One thing that can be confusing is if you setup the backup program and down the road change the computer name, information doesn't stay consistent. For instance if you change the computer name the old computer name will display when you look in Cludberry Explorer. Same goes for the new Backup Storage viewer that is in beta. It will show the new computer new but will say there is no backup data. You have to go to the original computer name and restore the data. This makes it very difficult to figure out if you are backing up multiple computers for a particular customer. Any thoughts on this? Thank you! Stan
