Restore files newest to Oldest

We faced a nature disaster and 9 customers had to restore their entire servers. While performing restores, I saw that it restores from oldest to newest. If we could change that from newest to oldest, during the restore customers could start to work. But no, we have to wait everything because the newest files are the last... Thanks.
