Cloudberry Lab used to have a backup agent for Synology and QNAP devices. This was really useful at the time; and as I get more SOHO customers, the need for this keeps growing. Customers that rely on a NAS device for central storage of their data often don't have a spare computer in the office that's on all the time to capture backups reliably. To mitigate this, I've resorted to purchasing and installing my own computer in their spaces to run the backup (among other things). It would be really helpful if MSP360 rereleased the backup agent for Synology and QNAP devices so we can run backups on them directly.
