The current integration with Autotask does not attempt to assign the correct asset to the ticket using the hostname from MSP360 like many other integrations do.
Additionally, it would be great if a backup succeeds after a failure that it would add a note to the ticket in Autotask to reflect that it has since completed the backup successfully. As an expansion on the above, it would be great if we had an opt-in checkbox to tell MSP360 to mark backup tickets complete if the subsequently succeed.
Would like to be able to select what issue and subtype are mapped on new autotask tickets from MSP30 as well.
Lastly, it would be great if MSP360 would check if there is already a ticket open for said hostname/asset (relying on the first improvement above) before opening another ticket if one already open.
