I really would benefit from a wizard to onboard new clients. I cannot be the only MSP who would really use this. The current workflow is jumpy and error-prone, and adding a new client is like 20 scattered steps for no damn reason. Here's my proposal: Onboarding Wizard Flow/Steps 1. Select Create New Company or Create New Backup Plan (for an existing Company, but new computer(s)) 2. Set up new users if necessary 3. Ask if you want to buy new licenses 4. Select storage location 5. Create backup plan or have the option to clone an existing plan 6. Review and Save 7. Show download links for the install agent for these new computers 8. Email new users to set up their accounts
