Scheduled Restore to AWS/Azure from web portal

Right now you can schedule restores to AWS/Azure via an agent, but it'd be nice to not require an agent for this functionality, provided the storage source is cloud hosted as well. Or at least provide some form of DR-minded automated restores to a cloud provider, such as replicating straight to EBS
