So, as one of requirements an email notification of started and ended a unattended session to admin and client (specific customer email) for each session timely as same as MSP360 backup notification email. This request is very impoertant feature for manage authorized access in the end user side in order to ease to know when who is accessed our PCs timely.. And to know performed MSP tasks to them and as it becomes one of evidence for like compliance management. Because typical customer never access MSP360 portral unless critical situations happen...
